J.L. Safin was born on December 31, 1946. He combined 11 years the practice of high level Rugby with manual therapy in private cabinet since 1968. After 20 years of practice in collaboration with J.Moneyron for associate, an experiment of thousands of clinical cases and the R oppositions in 1970 to BOURDIOL, NOGIER, BASSANI, JARRICOT.

He threw into 1986 the bases of the concept of the orthopractics by confronting manual techniques resulting from an ancestral empi rism having the characteristic to be traditionally carried out on a patient left in station upright natural, with advanced neurophysiology of postural control.

Very continuously a liberal exercise which enables him to remain confronted with the reality of his patients, I organized of it the transmission of the knowledge within an organization deprived since 1995, and more than 600 professionals use today these techniques with the daily newspaper in various European countries.

He is the president-founder of the Posturologie-Orthopractie association which gathers nearly 400 professionals.

Possibility of assumption of responsibility of the various aspects of the postural functional syndromes by manual facilitations orthogrades

Within the framework of the assumption of responsibility of the functional disorders affecting the system of postural control, and in that, widened, manual therapies, the orthopractie shows a fundamental difference by its capacity to handle the markers posturosomatic concerned, on a subject left in its own spontaneous referencing with the zero gravitating one.

With contrario of the usual therapeutic choices which suggérent the need for an often long and sometimes expensive reprogramming for the patient, the assumption is that it proves completely possible of réfférenter the ways neurales of control postural in a way prégnante and durable, by the means of manual facilitations of the channel somesthesic, for little which one takes the care to trap the system on his own ground, by transforming into real time gravity out of sensory amplifier of therapeutic use.

It consequently seems possible to open a new way in the treatment of these functional disorders, and which would be that, either of a reprogramming, but of the setting in?uvre of mechanisms homeostasic particular to postural control.
